You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Horizon app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Swipe Studio Ltd retains all rights to the app, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app.
Swipe Studio Ltd strives to provide a useful and efficient app. We reserve the right to make changes to the app, including features and services, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and to charge for services, with clear communication about any charges, especially for subscriptions.
The Horizon app processes your data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app access. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device as it may compromise security and app functionality.
The Horizon app's functionality may be dependent on an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining this connection and for any associated data charges from your mobile provider. Swipe Studio Ltd is not responsible for the app’s functionality being limited or unavailable due to lack of internet access or limitations in your data plan.

Horizon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swipe Studio Ltd disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Swipe Studio Ltd does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Swipe Studio Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its functionality, including but not limited to losses due to interrupted service, inaccurate information, or device-related issues.
We may update the app, and you agree to accept updates. We may also terminate the app at any time without notice, at which point your rights to use of the app will cease, and you must stop using and delete the app.
The following terms apply specifically to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store for the Horizon app:
The subscription period is for one year, with a one-week free trial. Subscriptions will automatically renew for an identical period (one year) unless you cancel it before the renewal date. The deadline for cancellation to avoid auto-renewal is 24 hours before the renewal date. You must be at least 16 years old to become a subscriber.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of price changes at least one week in advance via email. You have the option to opt-out of the subscription if you do not agree to the new price by cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Horizon may add, modify, or remove features and functionalities over time. This is a common practice in app development, as it allows for continuous improvement and adaptation to user needs and technological advancements. Such changes may be made at Horizon's discretion and without prior notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Apple App Store subscription settings. Swipe Studio Ltd does not offer refunds for cancellations. You will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, even if you cancel before the renewal date.
